A recent program by Support-Act at Kuleshwor Awas School provided a pad burner for the disposal of sanitary waste in an effort to address menstrual hygiene and environmental challenges. Along with educating the local community, educators, and students on the need of good waste management and dispelling myths about menstruation, the campaign also featured awareness seminars. Positive shifts in attitudes and behaviors were evident in impact evaluations, and there were noticeable improvements in environmental sustainability and hygienic practices. Support-Act is persistent in its commitment to promoting comparable programs that enhance lives via ecologically responsible projects, encouraging community engagement and constructive transformation.
